Zeta S.r.l. is maybe one of the biggest Italian producers of special items made using hotwelded (PP), electrowelded (PVC) plastic, bio based plastic and recycled plastic.

We are dealing for a long time with important bindery companies and graphic industries, supplying them a wide range of articles to be completed by their printings.

• Ring binders in any size, with or without pockets outside and/or inside; they can be hot stamping, silkscreen printed, or four-colour offset.
• Self-Adhesive pockets of any size and shape (used for CD holders – business cards – triangular shape – “U” format).
• Jackets and covers for books, which can be printed and slotted.
• Covers with “Dutch” binding in PVC material (for vocabularies, prayer books, medical editions). We usually print these covers in offset and we provide unlined quadrants or rigid PVC supports.
• University booklet covers, bank booklets, key holders for security boxes.
• Transparent or coloured folders, simple or double, with pockets. Thanks to our robots machines, it’s even possible to weld, inside the pockets, the printed papers supplied by typographies.
• Clip-files used for presenting offers, which can be customized as our customers’ request, or adapted from our standard product.
• Blistering made by thermoformed welding on printed cardboard, assembled with the product placed inside.

It’s important to communicate the quantity you are interested in, to allow us planning the production studying which machinery will be more suitable and convenient for the requested lot. On quantity basis we will suggest the best solution of printing and how to split the overhead costs.
